RTMPdump very slow and when it plays on VLC its always stopping and lagging

Hello,
I use RTMPdump to run streams on vlc but since yesterday i tried to open it and rtmpdump is very slow and when it plays on vlc its always stopping and lagging the stream, the data goes very slow too, any solution?
