Using XP SP3, Firefox 14.0.1, RTMPHelper 1.11, RTMPSuck 2.4 (downloaded from http://www.videohelp.com/download/rt...?r=qFgXWKwzLGQ).

It's very confusing. The rtmpsrv.exe that is found in the download for RTMPExplorer is 254 KB, and the rtmpsrv.exe that is found in the download for RTMPDump is 323 KB. Yet, they both say they're version 2.4 when they're run.

Normally, I prefer to download the latest version from the developer's site directly. For RTMPDump, the developer's download site is suppsed to be here:

http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/

However, I don't see any download links there for the Windows latest version binary, which should be 2.4. They have a download directory with Windows versions:

http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/download

But they only go up to version 2.3. No 2.4.

However I pulled this build because of some drama on the forums here. Also let it be noted that development has all but stalled on the mailing list. Howard is working on other projects and is very selective about what patches get committed. For example the patch I submitted for PolarSSL 1.1.1, 7 months ago has yet to be committed.

Well, so far, the only RTMPDump build that I can get to work on the following:

...is the one that's included on videohelp.com's direct download for RTMPExplorer. Rtmpsrv.exe and rtmpdump.exe from that archive plus RTMP Download Helper 1.11 works. (Again using Firefox 14.0.1 browser.)

Can you try and download video from http://www.24ur.com/ekskluziv/film_t...ije-hobit.html . I've tried what you said and it's not working for me. Both sites are using same stream protocol as I can see.
