RTMP Link habe ich aber wie weiter?

Hi,

ich versuche dieses Video zu Downloaden.

Es ist von der Seite StreamFitcom. Leider schaffe ich es nicht. Könnt Ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen? Die Webseite schließt bald und ich hätte gerne das ein oder andere Video.
