Restreaming m3u8

I have m3u8 links, I would like to push to a server like nginx or other without transcoding to rtmp.

Right now, I transcode all m3u8 to rtmp to my server, and then the client get its in rtmp.

I dont want to transcode, I would like to use the m3u8 send it straight to a server, and the client use m3u8 to get it, so I dont use no cpu overhead. Is it possible, right now, I dont see no server that can do it with also authentification on the server.
