Remove DRM from B&N ePub ebooks when using gift cards instead of a credit/debit card

I purchased and loaded a prepaid Visa to my B&N account to use with a gift card. Then I threw the cards away. So how can I remove the DRM without knowing my CC#?

If you are using a gift card, your key will still be your name and the default credit/debit card for your account.
