Reinstalling SoundTaxi FailureOk, I hope someone from Soundtaxi stays on top of this board. I purchased this program earlier this year, it worked fine and no probs. Now after I had to replace the motherboard and CPU and after reinstalling XP and everything else, the stupid registration is saying that the freaking system ID is different and now the damn license code doesn't match! I refuse to pay for another freakin' code when I only use it on this one computer, and I've only used it like 15 times so far! Another gripe is this company doesn't even have an email link, what kind of crap is that? I only stumbled across this board while doing a google search on the freakin' problem.

Re: Reinstalling SoundTaxi FailureMany companies do require you to buy a separate license for a new computer. Significant hardware upgrades can cause problems like that. They can and should be resolved by contacting support. Go to the Soundtaxi web-site and hit the support link to read the FAQ and contact support.
