Recording AOL TV Shows from In2TV?

I have tried to save a few episodes of various old sitcoms but have trouble playing them in Windows Media Player.

As from past experience (and through knowledge gained here), I've been able to use URL snooper and hiDownload to grab the stream, then obtain the license for it when I open it in Windows Media Player.

This is not the case anymore. As an example, when I grabbed the following episode "Mama's Family: Sea. 6, Ep. 5" from the following page: http://video.aol.com/searchresults?i...a%27s%20Family , I am able to capture the stream fine. However, when I open it in Windows Media Player upon downloading, I get the following:

"We Apologize, but we've encountered a problem authorizing your computer to play this asset. Please try again, and if your problem persists, Please visit AOL Customer Suppoert for further assistance".

It appears to try and obtain the license needed to play it, and fails. Has anyone had the same experience? Know how to remedy?

I am able to watch episodes fine through AOL's streaming player. It's only when I rip the stream and try and watch it independantly that I get the error.

Anyone?

Edited to add - Also, has anyone had success saving videos downloaded with AOL's HIQ feature where apparently the videos are in DVD quality?

Re: Recording AOL TV Shows from In2TV?

I am just wondering, how exactly do you record the stream of aol's in2tv? I mean what are the steps and tools on how to perform this procedure? I'm new to the scene and it seems that the things that I am doing so far aren't working. Any suggestions will help greatly!

AOL's IN2TV files can be downloaded. Dunno how to remove DRM from them.

Well AOL's IN2TV files can be downloaded. But nobody seems to have managed to remove DRM protection from AOL in2tv files yet.
