Unhappy

Recording and merge video-segments from "http://www.fox.com/" - "KSV-Script not work!

EDIT: I have remove some letters, that I have written bold!
Only eight minutes later "svnpenn" has posted NO SOULUTION FOR MY PROBLEM BUT HE GIVE ME 2 ADVICES, IN TWO FOLLOWING POSTINGS!!!

When you like this way ...
From the ...
Forum rules v1.1 (please read before posting)

Some words are written bold, because they are headlines and important text-parts for me, NOT SPOKEN WORDS FROM MY MOUTH!

I hope this is OK for all other readers and somebody can help me!

Now I try to follow the rules, letter by letter:

Please also indicate which version of video stream capture software you use.
No official software suports the joining of "Adobe dynamic streaming!
Correct me, when Iam wrong!
But I can see the segments when Iam use "GetFLV" or when Iam check my BrowserCache!
I have tested the php-script from KSV

web-site name (if possible)
fox.com

stream format and protocol (if you know them)
I think it´s "Adobe dynamic streaming" (segments over HTTP)

Quote:
Include links to web-pages with streaming videos
All "Full Episodes" are using this protection!
Example: http://www.fox.com/thesimpsons/full-...n-edna-s-blend

My first posting, before "svnpenn" correct me:

Hello at all,

Iam very interesting to record from "Fox.com"!
I believe the site uses "Adobe dynamic streaming" over HTTP!
The streaming-server sends segments of the Videos and the website-player connect them to one videostream!
To catch the segements is no problem!
The problem is I can not connect the segments, for offline viewing!
It looks like an easy job for "Adobe HDS Downloader"!
But the KSV-Script not work!
http://stream-recorder.com/forum/ado...er-t12074.html

My steps:

1. I rename the segments with a tool and create a short filename, (because the original filename includes a very very long token) ,with a running number!

2. I start the php-script and the script runs!
BUT AT THE END I HAVE AN OUTPUT-FILE, WITH ONLY SOME KILOBYTES!

CAN YOU HELP ME KSV, or somebody other ???

I hope fpr help!!!

Also, using all caps, bold and exclamations in this manner is extremely rude. Stop it.

Fragments are encrypted with Akamai encryption. AdobeHDS script can't recover encrypted fragments.
