Record xbox 360 to pc using built in composite input

I have a HP media center m8430f desktop that has a built in composite input on the front of the tower. I am trying to use this to record my 360 game-play but haven't found software that is allowing me to do so. Is there any software that would allow me to specifically select the composite input that is built in? I'm trying not to spend a single penny on this since in theory it should be an easy task with the computer I have. I've tried windows media center setting it up as a tv input, golden videos, media portal, and debut.
