Bummer! I thank you for the response, but unfortunately I'm unhappy with the answer.

I've tried programs that record video from my screen as well as audio from my sound card simultaneously before, but I suppose due to my setup (firewalls/routers, etc.) they always fail. Trying to sync separate video and audio files is way beyond my capabilities.

If it wouldn't be too much of a bother, I would like to know how you determined this to be a RTMP stream?

You may use Replay Media Catcher to record HTTP/RTMP streaming flash .FLV videos.

Even some free screen video capture programs can record video with sound so you don't really have to record them separately and sync them afterwards.

In most cases it is very easy to find stream URL with a URL finder. I used free Project URL Snooper for this stream.
