Re: How to record streamate's new format?as far as I remember it has always been like that in the past years. the max. file length was about 7.30min lil less lil more.
time back the max file size was 120mb as well i think, but they just changed it to the max min length. just restart the finished file and it will download again another 7 min something. if you wanna download continuously, rmc wont be your best choice. but with rtmp dump the same file ending will appear anyways. |

so you could try to reconnect the livestream (also if rtmpdump only allow it for none live streams) manually if you work with librtmp and your handle code.If the stream isnt connected anymore and no more bytes was reading then you could call RTMP_ReconnectStream and if it does success then bypass the first FLV Header Meta Data content (if present [byte 12]) and write from the next starting audio / video block into your output file go on.On that way you could continue the livestream download in one file.Of course its just a idea so I didnt tried it yet. greetz |
