How to read this video?

Hi, I'd like to capture videos like this one on this page:
http://www.tou.tv/unite-9/S01E01
I tried a couple of gadgets, but all what I could get was the first minute of the commercial, or nothing at all.
Can some one here try it and tell me what soft will get it?

Unfortunately I'm not able to test record it as i'm not in france

Have you tried Replay Media Catcher yet, or perhaps Screen Capture tools?
