Re-broadcasting RTMP with JW Player (veemi)

Okay, first of all i searched all this forum but i really couldn't manage how to do this, and if one of you guys could give me some help i would aprecciate very much! ): (and sorry the bad english)

Well, i'm trying to re-broadcast my veemi stream with another swf player (jw player in case) but all i could find is these information:

Using url helper:
rtmp://68.68.30.134/live/_definst_<playpath>huestream <swfUrl>http://www.veemi.com/player/player-licensed.swf <pageUrl>http://www.veemi.com/embed.php?v=hue...am.freeoda.com

But how do i put this stream to watch on vlc player or in the swf player? I couldn't find any way to do it ):

If we know the rtmp URL, then can we rebroadcast the channel? I am a newbie, please help. The channel is at http://livecaster.com
