I just downloaded and installed the latest version of the software. I'd been using 9.3.x.x and it worked fine at first, but then started not opening websites. I'm not sure what changed.
Anyway, I've now installed 9.6.6.8 and have the same problem:
If I try to open a website with the IE kernel, it gives me a proxy server error, even though I'm not using a proxy server
The proxy server isn’t responding
•Check your proxy settings 192.168.0.15:3128.
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections. If you are on a LAN, click “LAN settings”.
•Make sure your firewall settings aren’t blocking your web access.
•Ask your system administrator for help.
If I try the same site with the Chrome kernel, I get a "Error -130 when loading url <url>" message. I've tried disabling my firewall and AVG for a couple of minutes, just to see if they were blocking the service, but I got the same results.
Any ideas? At one point, when I installed the latest version of the software, it told me that it wouldn't work with the version of flash player I was using, but I tried uninstalling and re-installing and didn't get a repeat of that message. Don't know if that means it installed properly the second time or not.
Please help. I'd like to use this product after having paid for it.
