Program that recognize when video stops playing

Hi,

I want to record a video that can't be downloaded, so I need a screen capture program. Ok.

Well, I see that with WM Capture I can delimitate the area on my screen where the video is playing and with this same program I can set the record time to be the same of the video duration. Ok, good, but.....

I still need a program that could recognize when the video stops playing, something like if no sound is played within 10 seconds the record automatically stops, or when that screen area does not change for some time, the program stops the record.

Does anyone know one that could do it?
