If I'm not mistaken Hulu is restricted to the U.S. ... unless you trick it by using proxy servers, VPN to pretend that you're from the U.S:
How to access BBC iPlayer, Hulu, Fancast, Pandora, any other region-restricted sites

You can also try freeware Hulu Grabber and its clone Hulu Video Downloader.

The paid version of the programs called save2pc Pro + Extra Pack supports more web-sites.

So, what I Did is disconnect or disable the connection while starting the program so it cant update that plugin and then I reconnect it.

So far it have worked like a charm, here is the link to de 5.3.6.9 plugin, its a 1MB rapidshare file it contents the plugin la 80Kb and the rest is just a big image file, this is so I can get some rapidshare points, so please support me.

Code:

This method is not working for me. Are there new security measures that have been put in place since this post was made that protect certain flash streams even if this method is used?

Yes, there were some new measures, so Replay Media Catcher with old plug-in can't record. But you can try to use Jaksta or GetFLV.

None of the Hulu capture programs I've tried works at all. They all say the capture FLV file or can somehow get the true URL from Hulu. Not in my experience. Yes, if the URL ends in FLV as it does on most sites. However all Hulu video URL's end in "PSA". and so far not even a program that calls itself Hulu downloader has been able to record it! Real Player only download the HTML target not the FLV file. I end up with nothing downloaded except the link to the page it was on. useless!

Re: Problem downloading Hulu videos (RTMPE .flv)

Hulu goes to a lot of effort to hide their true rtmpe URLs, but all of that has been broken. (See here http://stream-recorder.com/forum/sho...90&postcount=3 )

However, even after you get the URL, very few programs are able to actually retrieve anything from it. Hulu's FlashMedia Servers are now using extra encryption in their handshake, and only Adobe Flash Player 10.0.32 or newer can provide the proper handshake. Not only that, but the encryption code is only present in the *32 bit* version of the player on Windows and Linux. The 64 bit Linux player doesn't work. Adobe seems to forget that there's more to the world than 32 bit x86, despite all their Open Screen BS. (The Solaris x86 player doesn't work with Hulu either. When it comes to openness, Adobe is all talk, and no show.)

If one can't find any Hulu downloaders, recording from Hulu still can be done with screen video capture software .

Not a big problem. HTML 5 is an open standard and it allows to show videos without any proprietary software from Adobe. We don't need Adobe to support x64 systems, Linux, Mac OS, iPhone OS,... anymore. Flash should become extinct instead (as well as many other proprietary formats and protocols).

##Hulu's FlashMedia Servers are now using extra encryption in their handshake,

It has only a little effect.
The investment becomes useless cost.
Their original encryption process has already been analyzed.
I'd like to suggest Hulu dev-team to use FMRMS.
