How to connect DVR thru Internet (works fine in local network)?

Hi guru, i have panacom DVR camera and i want to view it via internet so that i can see what's happening inside my store where ever i am. I have already tried it using local network and i made it. I set the DVR IP address as 192.168.1.138 with a subnet mask 255.255.255.0 my TP-Link router has IP address 192.168.1.1 and subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 I can view my camera using my itouch, PC or laptop that is connected locally. But how can I view my camera using the internet? I have already account in dyndns.com but I don't know how to set it up. please guide me on how to do this over the internet.

Another thing, i read from the manual that it can only be access thru Internet Explorer. Itouch doesn't have any Internet Explorer and that would be my another problem.

What kind of IP address do you have? Make sure to read the following:

What kind of router, and/or modem do you use?

Some DVRs can also be accessed using applications for iPod, iPhone, iPad, Android. Try to find out whether the manufacturer or third parties offer such applications.

May be remote access software like Qnext MyPC can be used as well.
