The cheapest way to record/capture 1080p HD video on MacBook PRO 2011?

Hello,

What is cheapest way to capture/record HD video on the newest MacBook PRO 2011? It comes with usb 2, firewire 800 and Thunderbolt ports. The cheapest solution I have found is Blackmagic H.264 Pro Recorder ($495), but it is pretty expensive. Blackmagic UltraStudio 3D ($995) costs even more. Are there any cheaper capture devices for recording 1080p videos on MacBook PRO?
