HD capture device for Macbook (Component & HDMI to usb 2, firewire 800, Thunderbolt)

Hello,
I have Camcorder Panasonic ag-hmc41e, it has Component and HDMI video out. I need to stream HD video to my Macbook Pro(2011) it has usb 2, firewire 800 and Thunderbolt ports. I'am trying to find the cheapest option. So far I have found
Blackmagic UltraStudio 3D($995), Blackmagic H.264 Pro Recorder($495)
Are there other options? What about ethernet port, can it be used to stream HD video into macbook pro?

For recording 1080i and 720p video from component input, you may use USB 2.0 devices:
For recording 720p/1080i/1080p video from HDMI you may use Blackmagic H.264 Pro Recorder. It is a USB 2.0 device as well.

I was also looking for something like this but the prices are very expensive. It's not worth it in these conditions
