New Git and SourceForge RTMPdump pages

This is mirror mode, so it will update from the RTMPdump Git every hour. The site is pretty slow so if someone knows a faster one let me know.

Ummm. rtmpdump was kicked off sourceforge 3 years ago. This is a very bad idea.

I actually tried Github but I couldnt figure out how to get it to mirror the RTMPdump Git...
