hallmark.com: can't capture admin.brightcove.com stream

Hi all... I have been trying to capture this FLV stream, but just can't seem to find anything that will work. I have tried most of the options out there and it's just not working.

Found these hidden files after noticing problems trying to locate temp files from youtube. After system restore various file settings were found in the Macromedia folder which disabled all utilities and any windows applications used to locate flv temp files. All these files were hidden from my system explorer view along with the temp flv files.

D:\Documents and Settings\Primary\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\LTABDQX9\admin.brightcove.co m\[[IMPORT]]\79423.analytics.edgesuite.net\csma\plugin\csma.sw f\Akamai_AnalyticsMetrics_clientId.sol

and

D:\Documents and Settings\Primary\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\#adm in.brightcove.com

The file Akamai_AnalyticsMetrics_clientId.sol seems to be a unique identifier.

System restore on Xpsp2 removed settings that prohibited system from accessing youtube files and these Macromedia files. The site downloads settings that defeat local programs from accessing files.
