ustream.tv: My video has no sound and images are moving too fast

 

I just stream my nieces graduation party and after the show all i hear is like chimpmonks fast moving images and very very bad.

There are plenty of threads explaining how to download/capture UStream.TV streams using software from Replay Media Catcher to rtmpdump:

What player do you use for recordings?
