myfreecams recording/downloading

Hi im new sorry if this is not the right forum i like to know is there still a way to record shows from myfreecams with a free player/recorder?Sometimes if i got more time and im on myfreecams i would like to record the stream im looking at so i only need something that can record that what im watching live.
