Maplin N09JJ - Cant access outside network ?????

 

HELP !!!!!!

Hi everyone, Im in need of some desperate info and help.

I have setup this system and can access it in the office but I can not get access to it outside of my network ???

I am looking to find out the following -

Port forwarding - to what ip address ??
Dyndns - to what ip address
access via internet ?? what address do I goto ?? My true ip 89..... or my router ip 192.....??

Any help would be apreciated ! :) :)
