sending audio files to email

I do hypnosis and use the samsung new 4g phone recorder. I want to send the recordings via email to clients-what would they need to open the file

Upload your files to your web-site or to some file sharing site, and then send a link to your clients.

You can also install a streaming server and allow your clients to listen online instead of downloading.
