avtech kpd 677b password reset


 
hi guys, i need help on how to reset the password on my avtech kpd 677b

i bought this brand new just last week, i entered the same password for the admin and operator users, now the problem is i cannot access the dvr menu because whenever i input the password it does not go to admin user, it always goes to operator user.

i tried entering the default 0000 but its says password error.

i also saw the hardware reset manual on the avtech website but there is none for the kpd 677b... only for the kpd 677.. their board is different :(

its been more than a week and i really cant solve this problem, so i hope you guys can help.. :)
