Can't remove DRM from Kindle ebooks using Calibre plug-in


 
Finaly I am able to buy ebooks from Amazon. But I cant read them on my pocketbook 360°. The conversion from awz to epub just wont work. Neither the Calibre-plugin nor unswindle helps.

I download with Kindle for PC.

The error is the missing kindle.info file or the missing PID.

Anyone able to help?

I download with Kindle for PC.
Works fine for me when using Kindle for PC 1.4.0 and calibre K4PC plug-in 0.2.7. You don't need to know set up PID for the Calibre plug-in when using K4PC, but you may need to use an older version of K4PC to make it work.

I already tried an older Version of K4PC to no avail. I do have the newest version of the plugin, the links to the older ones are dead.

Thanks for your advice. None of the tools worked. :-(
I want to pay for ebooks, but Amazon keeps me from buying them. Other german onlineshops dont have the english ebooks I am looking for. :-(. It is really frustrating. :eek:

Post the exact error or problem that you get when using other tools in the respective threads.

Or just use other books shops like Barnes & Noble, Kobo ebooks,... Or buy a Kindle reader.

It is the new version 1.5 of Kindle. But after install Kindle for PC that breaking the code. Installed the old version 1.4.1 and problem solved.

I got the old version directly from amazon:
