Adobe Digital Editions Converter is a commercial tool that allows to convert Adobe Digital Editions ebooks.

Haven't tried to use it, since freeware Calibre converts Adobe Digital Editions ebooks just fine. And it can transfer ebooks to your Kindle, Sony Reader, Nook using it. Or you can convert RSS feeds to a format supported by your eBook Reader.
