FLVrecorder: FLV not loading and has inconsistent size info.

Downloaded from a live stream with FLV Recorder that ended up totaling about 100 or so MB but, when I attempt to play it, it never completes loading and, in the containing folder, it only shows up as being 1 KB. How can I repair this file?

You can't repair a 1KB file and make it 100 MB or so.

FLV Recorder has never been a reliable program.

Just use reliable RTMP downloading/capturing software:

And you can to capture RTMP streams in real time while you watch them using freeware CooJah (without Blader), Orbit Grab Pro, shareware Replay Media Catcher (in the RTMP recording mode), WM Recorder (in the Loopback mode). Capturing can be done in real time only, but allows you to stay undetected.

If you use Linux, try rtmpsrv or rtmpsuck.

The problem seems consistent with issues that FLVDMI corrects, although I may be mistaken. As I've found, FLV Recorder works for the livestreams I am going after whereas Replay Media Catcher does not. I also have a couple files that are definitely covered by FLVDMI but I have no idea how to use FLVDMI haha. Is there a guide?
