WMV flash convertion out of sync

WMV flash convertion out of sync

 

is there anyway i can i can upload files (WMV) through media sites from getting audio sync issues?

the out of sync starts at 14:50+ towards the end..

is there anyway i can avoid getting out of sync say.. reconvert them first as XVID at avi container...


what do you suggest...
