How to download/record/capture esvp:// stream

im a newbie here, i want ask u a question about this.!

i want to save this episode :

but i cant save it,,,i have tried with WM Recorder and many.. but nothing do it.. what do u think? is this wmv is protected?

u need to install edgestream plug in to play this file.. the extension of this episode is the url, i'll sent u first. is the same.. the problem is i cant save it,.. tnx

I have checked that site. downloading from the site is easy but you need valid license to play the DRM protected wmv files. this site uses simple http streaming but stream url's are little obfuscated.

After downloading when you try to play these files in Windows Media Player it will ask for the license like normal DRM protected files. if you have a valid license you can play it or try to unDRM it.

when you go to show info page it also gives you an option to download the file in .wmd format which is just a zip archive and contains protected wmv file and an asx file. this version is low quality version (791 kbps) and file downloaded from above direct url's is high quality (1233 kbps) version. But in both cases you need to buy valid license to play or unDRM it.

No need the license of this episode because this is free to view... but i want to know how can i save this..

KSV im not saying that episode.. because is need a valid license for that...

yeah i have tried that to paste on url helper sotware.. and i found what 4 splitted files wmv...

and i have try to play on wmv but u cant save it.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

and its buffering also.. but not playing

yeah placebo i have try to save the file.. but is not playing he said "the file is corrupted "

try and save & play and u see the pop up error...

yeah, i like the language. has some italian-roman-spanish language elements in it ;)
