I need a p2p stream program that can work on a network wich is not connected to the intenet. Does it exist ?

you can use Goalbit! (goalbit.sf.net)
it is a free p2p application for windows and linux.

I found frostwire very helpfull.You can solve your issue from frotwire.Its good for p2p stream programs.
