need help, downloaded mp 10 files to flash drive so as to load to
win 7 and cannot extract files !

What exactly do you mean? Is your flash drive broken? Is it not compatible with Windows 7?

flash drive is fine, when i go to open the mp10 file i get message
this version of media player can be installed only on computer running Win XP(32-bit):(
