Deblocking video tips

Hi,

Sometimes you get videos that are low quality, have lots of pixellation or blocks in the picture and you want to fix this. I couldn't find a good free editor or encoder that could get rid of it that easily. FFdshow does a good job of taking away the blocks but the encoder doesn't allow for using the postprocessng filter that deblocks when encoding. So, what do I do? I use kmplayer to capture the video and use its internal postprocessing filter that deblocks using fast spp deblocking at the same time. Sometimes video needs to be processed twice. I use either virtualdub or video enhancer with msu smartdeblocking plugin and then i capture the video in kmplayer with its fast spp deblocking filter and that works the best I think.
