cannot connect to dvr via internet

cannot connect to dvr via internet

 

hi,

we have a dvr with several cameras in the office.. we can connect to it with videoserverE within the office with ip address 192.168.0.76 and port 90, however we cannot reach the streaming outside the office.. we used to access to dvr remotely before, but now we cannot. btw we are using a static ip address..

any ideas?!

*edit: i have checked the sticky post but it didnt resolve the problem..

i have found out that i can access the dvr via ie explorer via http://mystaticipaddress:90 but i still cannot login with the software (videoserverE)..
