Remove DRM Without Itunes

Anyone know how to remove DRM from M4V, Video Files, without Itunes being installed on my Windows 7 PC?

My brother recently passed and i want to take the cartoon videos i found on his Iphone and Ipod and burn them to DVD's for this 3 small children to watch. I do not know his password to Itunes and every time i try to rip the DRM off them with the programs i have found on the net look for Itunes.

Sorry to hear this bad news of your brother
When I hang out on search engine to discover the solution to sync my enormous iTunes library to my smart TV for watching them on a big screen with my family, luckily, I find out this drm media converter m4v to sync my iTunes videos. Just share with U. Hope it's helpful for U.
