Streaming radio and music download/capture/rip/save applications for Android

I'm looking for streaming radio and music download/capture/rip/save applications for Android 2.2 Froyo or Android 3.0 Gingerbread to use on an Android cell phone or tablet.

I'm particularly interested in software that allows to download/capture/rip/save HTTP and RTMP flash .FLV video and MP3 streams.
