Cool site - I was just jammin to the house stuff there for a few minutes - then I remembered I needed to try to record it :D
What are you trying to record it with?

I was able to record it fine using Replay Music

lessthan3.com uses RTMPE .flv streams from cloudfront.net.

You can try to download/capture RTMPE streams with GUI RTMPE recorders like StreamTransport and Coojah.

Then extract MP3 audio from downloaded FLV files

I have tried a new way to record raw audio from any website online. You might refer to the steps below:

Step 1: download and install Replay AV from this link. You can try it for free. And then run it on your computer.
Step 2: go to http://lessthan3.com? and play audio.
Step 3: click "Record" button on streaming audio capture to begin to record audio.

Also, it has many other choices for you.
