what hardware is required to connnect 10 CCTV cameras from one computer/server

Dear All,

We have 10 CCTV cameras in our Store, and would like to see remotely on internet. For this we will require website. But we are not sure what other hardwares will require in order to connect 10 cameras from one computer/server? and how the switching between cameras will work. If any one can please advise me which additional hardware will require and the approx cost?

Regards,
Imran

You need a DVR. There are 16 channel ones that should work for you. May be you will find something with fewer channels.

DVR allow you to record and access your cameras remotely. Some of them allow you to view CCTV cameras from your cell phone.

As for the cost, see prices on Amazon, NewEgg, Buy.com, ...
