Can't convert mp4 files (that can be played with player.exe and proplaym4.dll)

 

I have 2 mp4 files which want to convert to any another format. However all video converters which I have tried can't recognize that mp4 files. However I have player which can easily play those 2 mp4 files (player.exe and proplaym4.dll), but can't convert it :(

Screen video capture software is probably the only way to re-record these videos.
