How to access an dvr without static ip address

How to access an dvr without static ip address

 

I have an problem with connecting my dvr through internet. I have an existing internet connection which doesn't have static ip address. but my dvr is connected to the modem through LAN. Im actually trying to connect my dvr from other netwrok connection which doesn't belong to the existing LAN.how can i connect my dvr through web.
