Streaming from iPhone to an FMS Server

So, I need to stream video from the iPhone to an FMS Server. I have it recording video, I have ffmpeg compiled in to the app....how can I now get it to my FMS Server? Any rtmp libraries I could use?

Obviously there are apps like ustream, justin.tv, anyone know how they do it?
