They use simple HTTP .mp3 streams, but you don't need to use software like Replay Media Catcher 4 to download / capture them. Just hit the Download button (Down arrow) to download an MP3 music track with your web-browser.

p.s. Stream capture software like RMC 4 can be used for capturing MP3 music tracks as you listen to them at prostopleer.com.
