rtmp URL without Playpath?


 
I'm trying to capture this URL , I found the URL using URL Snooper.

rtmp://aguascalientes.audiovirtual.com.mx:7020/radiouniversal

If I try to capture with rtmpdump I get the following...

I've tried adding -y /universal or -y / etc... with no luck ... is the URL incomplete as reported by URL Snooper?

URL Snooper is not the best software for RTMP streams.

You can use CooJah + Blader for finding and downloading / capturing RTMP streams. You can also download / capture RTMP streams with freeware StreamTransport, Orbit Downloader / Grab Pro, shareware Replay Media Catcher, WM Recorder,...

Perhaps this is too simple but it does say in the error report

-r "rtmp://host[:port]/playpath"
Try putting the rtmp in quotes and after -r ?

No luck with the quotes, I will try alternative URL finders... I will post if lucky.

Yes, StreamTransport did find the complete URL for the rtmp stream. So good advise not to use URL Snooper for finding rtmp URLs.
