hi ,

i was wondering , if i have an HDMI port from my PC , and i have an HDMI splitter ,

can i record from my PS3 , through a wire from my ps3 to the splitter ( in ) from the splitter to the tv ( out ) , from the splitter to the PC

would that work ?

PS3 uses HDCP encryption, so you can't record from HDMI.

Actually you can record using the "analog hole", but you need to convert HDMI to component video. And you need some hardware that can capture drom component video.
