LocalRoulette just uses your IP address to connect you with other people from your region.

ChannelRoulette allows to talk to people from a particular channel. ATM most popular channels are about sex: sex, gayteen, milfs, couples, local-cybersex, gay, bisex. Other popular channels are de (germany), br (brazil), gb (great britain), fr (france). You can create your own channel as well.
