Dazzle 100 dvc and xbox 360 recording problem: signal not valid, check your cables

 

ok i have set up my Dazzle DVC 100 with the TV xbox 360 and when i try to record it says signal not valid please check your cables and it comes up on the the pinnacle version 11.1. You can see the xbox 360 screen but its gray and not in colour.

How do i fix this.

i have check all cables and even got new ones and i have tried 3 different xbox 360s and i still get the same problem.

Do you use an S-Video or a composite cable? What video output setting do you use on xbox 360?

I use the composite cables, NTSC is the tv setting i use for the recording because its the only setting i get but its a gray screen.

i tried it with my old xbox and it works fine
