Will clearing a history on Skype delete your conversations from all other computers?

 

I have an old computer I gave away with some conversations on it I don't want the person reading. If I "Clear Chat History" on my new Skype computer, will it delete it from the other computer?

Skype text conversation are saved on the computer you are using only. So clear the chat history on your old computer as well.

unfortunately no.. clearing skype on your new computer won't delete those saved on your old computer. If I were you, I better find a way to get back to that old computer and delete the conversations without the new owner realizing what you're doing.
