How to record from at5.nl

I want to record this:

Please post a web-page where this stream can be found.

I've tried some streams from at5.nl and these were progressive HTTP .flv streams (from videostrip.com). They can be downloaded with Fast Video Download add-on for Firefox as well as many other programs:
