under your nick i read that you are a developer of rtmpdump: first of all,is possible to make an application that is a gui that permit the management of rtmpsrv and consequently the call of the rtdmpdump give the parameters with the call?

finally,i don't have a large culture about the cryptography and the program of the socket,but how the team has worked to create rtmpdump?i don't know nothing about the source code...is possible release a source code with detailed comments so also the user that have some basic programming can try to understand something?

Anything is possible.

Will I do it? No. I spend my time writing code, not teaching about code. There are other people in the world who are teachers...

yes...but a rules of software engineering tell that a good code will be also commented (i don't tell that your source code is not well formed but can be very useful not only for the people that would know sometimes about the rtmpe protocol but also for the operation of maintenance when there is the need of the release of the new build
